The Ministry of Health’s dashboard is operated by the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) and can be accessed at “covid19-dashboard.ages.at.” The dashboard obtains its data exclusively from the Epidemiological Monitoring Register (EMS). The EMS is the official register where the district authorities and laboratories enter data.
The Federal Ministry of the Interior collects the figures as part of State Crisis and Disaster Management coordination via daily registrations from the provinces. These figures may include cases that are not yet recorded in the EMS.
